When reporting a problem, it helps a lot if you include:
- what you were doing when it happened;
- your iPhone model and iOS version;
- a screenshot, if the problem is visible.
Please don't include photos of your child or other personal details we don't need.
Quick answers
Manage or cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they're managed on your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Little Plate. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. For refunds, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore purchases on a new phone
Sign in with the same email, then go to Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
Sign-in codes not arriving
Check your spam folder first, and make sure the email address is typed correctly. Codes expire after a few minutes — request a fresh one if it's been a while. Still nothing? Email us.
Delete your account and data
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, every child profile, all meal logs and all conversations — immediately, with no email required. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
Get a copy of your data
Email james@bodkin.studio from your account email and we'll send you an export within one month (it's usually much faster).
